Working with Shaun on buying my first home was the best decision I could’ve made. I had a house I really wanted and an offer was made but went to someone else. After that, I wasn’t too happy, but Shaun kept telling me theres a reason and a better house that fit exactly what I wanted would come. I told him I’d no longer be looking for a house and would move to an apartment for another year instead. About a week later, I randomly checked Realtor and found a house that checked every single thing I looked for.. 2 car garage, fenced in backyard, 2 full bathrooms. I immediately called Shaun and he had something setup for me WITHIN HOURS. I put in an offer and it got the house. Shaun was extremely communicative during my whole process, multiple calls and texts everyday giving me info on the house and what I needed to do. We hit a couple road bumps during it but Shaun pushed the bank and title agency to get their stuff done and whoever else got in the way to get me that house. I really couldn’t have asked for a better agent than Shaun, it’s an extremely easy review and recommendation for me that I could type a few more paragraphs but I’ll leave it at this.. Shaun is the real deal! Even though he has been a friend of mine for years, he truly knows how to make the home selling and buying process friendly yet professional. He knows how to take care of his clients! He will check up on you and want to make your experience the best it can be. My wife and I were so glad he was there with us as we sold our house (within four days on the market). He also was able to find the dream house we were looking for! Unforeseen paperwork issues came up during the Covid-19 mess, but Shaun helped us the entire way!
